I'm also looking into joining Sparkpeople.com which is a free weightloss/diet plan/fitness guide that my sister recently joined. As she is a certified fitness instructor and hangs out with nutritionist, I trust her judgment. A group of them all joined the site to help track their eating habits etc. I don't necessarily need to loose a significant amount of weight (I'd be happy with five, thrilled at 10 and gobsmacked at more), but I do need to eat healthier as hanging out with A is just not helping. He is a big boy and eats huge portions and I've fallen in the habit of keeping up.

Day Three: Eight ways to win your heart.
Day Four: Seven things that cross your mind a lot.
Day Five: Six things you wish you’d never done.
Day Six: Five people who mean a lot (in no order whatsoever)
Day Seven: Four turn offs.
Day Eight: Three turn ons.
Day Nine: Two images that describe your life right now, and why.
Day Ten: One confession.
1. Malice.
2. Blatant Stupidity.
3. Smoking.
4. Intolerance.
